How do I get to Murphy's from the base?

The Beavercreek shop is about 4 miles from the Area B gates and about 7 miles from Gate 12A in Area A, by road.

• From Area B (Gate 22B): take Colonel Glenn Highway to Grange Hall Road and follow Grange Hall Road south, with a short jog on Kemp Road. Turn left (east) on Dayton-Xenia Road; the shop is about 0.4 mile ahead.
• From Gate 19B: take National Road to Grange Hall Road, then follow the same route south.
• From Area A (Gate 12A): take SR 444 to SR 844, then I-675 south to Exit 16, Grange Hall Road, and follow the same route south.

Do I have to register my car in Ohio after a PCS move?

It depends on your legal residence. The Ohio BMV says you become an Ohio resident when you take a job, sign a lease, buy a home, or enroll children in school here, and new residents must transfer their title and registration within 30 days.
