How fleet service works

A schedule per vehicle. Each vehicle gets a maintenance schedule based on its mileage and how it is used. Service history is tracked, so a fleet manager can see what was done and what is coming due.

Digital inspections. Every vehicle gets a digital vehicle inspection, with photos and video sent to your phone or email. You can sort what has to be done now from what can wait, instead of approving a list you haven't seen.

Approval before work. No repair starts until someone on your side approves it.

Drivers keep moving. A complimentary shuttle can take a driver to work or back to the yard while the vehicle is in the bay.

On-site oil analysis

Murphy's is the only automotive service center in Dayton offering on-site oil analysis, using a Spectro Scientific MicroLab 30. It is built for fleets running over-the-road vehicles or generator equipment. It reads six oil chemistry parameters plus viscosity to set the right drain interval, and a 10-element test looks at contamination and wear metals that point to mechanical problems early.
