Fun, Food and Games
Were the order of the day at the official Murphy’s Autocare Summer picnic and Olympic yard games. Not exactly your typical tri-Athlon, although swimming and running were involved. In addition to a beautiful afternoon we all managed to spend time having fun together and getting to know everyone’s family. Two teams competed in the Olympic events. They were team, Attack and team Pop Cycle; hey I don’t make this stuff up I just report it. The events were Pool beverage pong, Corn Hole, Disc Golf, and the newest game craze Lawn rake soccer racing. Like I said I don’t make this stuff up. Team Pop Cycle had the clear athletic advantage, but Team Attack made up for their short Cummings with incredible last minute Hail Mary style points.  It was a close call but at the end of the day Team Pop Cycle took home the Gold.
